Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tattered. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you. 

Returns
You have 21 days to return an online purchase and 7 days to return an item purchased in the store for store credit only. Sales items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, price tags attached, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. For in store returns, the original receipt is required.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will evaluate the condition and let you know If we can approve your return.  If so, we will issue the value to a gift card and email it to you. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping your item back to us. The cost of shipping are non-refundable. If you are issued a store credit gift card, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
